Primefly Assist: award booking help
Assist is a human booking service, not a chatbot bolted onto the alert engine. You still spend your own points on SAS.
Use Assist when the routing is ugly: a married segment, a missing return, a feeder that must be cash, or a group that needs two cabins. Primefly proposes the itinerary and stays with you through SAS checkout. We do not “own” the award seat.
Price
Pro members pay 999 SEK per person, capped at 2,999 SEK per trip or group. The ordinary non-member rate is higher. A small request-handling fee can apply on some public forms. Current numbers are on the homepage and Pro landing.
What the 24-hour test does not include
Get Pro starts a cardless 24-hour test of alerts, Explore and Live Search. Assist stays a paid add-on. That is intentional: a free Assist queue during a trial would not be a trial of Pro.
Do the easy work first
Check Longhaul and the calculator so you know whether the trip is even in range. If the cache already shows both sides, you may not need Assist. If it shows one side, an alert plus a later Assist ticket is a common path.
Try Primefly Pro for 24 hours
Get Pro starts a cardless 24-hour test. Set alerts, open Explore and browse Longhaul. Assist requests are not included in the test.
Primefly is an independent IATA agency. Award space, point levels and taxes are set by SAS and its partners and can change.
