You save alert rows with routes, cabin and travel dates. Usage is measured in alert points (origins × destinations × dates, capped per row). Free includes 20 SAS award email alerts (SAS-operated only, delayed vs paid plans). Lite includes 30 alert points with partner awards. Primefly Pro includes up to 100 alert searches on active scans, plus Instant Alerts; paused rows do not count until you resume.

No. Primefly Alerts only sends a notification once for the same flight and date. You may receive a new alert if additional seats become available.
You book on SAS.com with points + taxes. Primefly Assist (optional add-on) can help structure the trip and guide you, but you complete the final checkout on SAS.
Primefly Assist is our award booking service. We help you find and structure your trip, including routing and feeder flights if needed.
