KLM and Air France Premium Economy on EuroBonus

Premium Economy on AF and KLM is now a real EuroBonus cabin, not a rumour. That matters more than a new amenity kit: mixed-cabin round-trips finally have a middle step.

EuroBonus already knew Premium Economy on SAS, Delta and Virgin Atlantic. Adding Air France and KLM fills the two hubs Nordic travellers actually connect through. The same tickets can take a SAS Amex 2-for-1 voucher, which is why Premium cardholders suddenly care.

Why this is a search feature, not a lifestyle feature

SkyTeam Business awards rarely open on both directions at once. A workable pattern is Business out and Premium Economy home — or the reverse. That used to mean “give up and fly Economy back.” Now the return can still be a wider seat from CDG or AMS.

Price both cabins in the calculator. Premium Economy is not half of Business; on many zones it sits closer to a 1.5× Economy add-on. The win is comfort per point when Business is empty, not a secret discount.
