Finnair Business Class and EuroBonus travelers

Finnair is not a SkyTeam award carrier for EuroBonus. It is still one of the better ways to reach Asia in a real Business seat — often as cash, Avios, or a separate ticket.

The A350 AirLounge is a proper long-haul Business product: a door-less suite-style seat, a quiet cabin, and a HEL hub that is short from Gothenburg or Stockholm. A typical trip is a regional Embraer or A320 into Helsinki, a lounge, then the widebody. That is a product review, not an EuroBonus award chart row.

Status match windows come and go

Finnair has run matches from EuroBonus Silver into Finnair Plus Silver, and Gold/Diamond/Pandion into Finnair Plus Gold, usually against a Finnair-marketed and operated flight that touches Sweden. How this sits next to Primefly

Use EuroBonus points where SkyTeam has space. Use Finnair (cash, Avios, or a Primefly cash deal) when the HEL routing is nicer than a double connection over CDG. Mixing cash and awards is normal.
